A new experimental effect plugin called Sunbunny Tentacles has just been released, and it’s a pretty interesting tool for anyone into sound design and creative modulation.
Tentacles is essentially a quadruple-stereo vibrato and spatial modulation effect that splits your signal into four separate processing layers. Each layer can have its own vibrato, filtering, saturation, and stereo position, letting you shape sounds in a much more dynamic and animated way.
Tentacles can work with both stereo sources and mono-to-stereo processing, which means you can turn simple sounds into wide, evolving textures or use it to spice up synths, samples, and FX layers.
