In this video I test the brand new marshall plexi amp simulator from the company ML Sound Lab called Amped ML Plexi.
I show you very quickly how to get the free trial, how to install it on windows system, playthrough and finally how it sounds in a metal mix. The free trial’s limitation is that it has ocassional silence when playing through the amp but you get 100% access to all the features of the plugin and the trial is forever.
For the final mix, I didn’t apply any post processing to the guitar sound, the only thing I did was a high pass filter at 40Hz on the whole mix, 3-4 db of compression on the master bus and a limiter of course at the end of the chain.
