I’ve been digging into this new free plugin built around Neural Amp Modeler tech, and it’s the kind of thing that makes you wonder why anyone’s still paying big money for amp sims.
NamRig by Jordan Valeriote takes the already impressive NAM platform (now running the newer A2 architecture) and pairs it cleanly with Tone3000’s massive library, giving you direct access to hundreds of thousands of user-captured amps, pedals, and cabs right inside the plugin.
Drag in your own NAM files or browse/search the Tone3000 collection without leaving the interface, load what you want with a click, save favorites, and build preset chains. You can even capture your own gear on Tone3000 and play those models straight in NAM Rig.
